Standard conditions for music tuition are based on the recommendations of the Music Teachers’ Association of Queensland Inc

Enrolment in individual and group music tuition presumes acceptance of these terms.

1. All fees are payable in advance.

2. Tuition is given by term consisting of 8 consecutive weeks (group classes) and by arrangement for individual tuition.

3. Half-a-term notice is required for termination of individual lessons or a half terms’ fees should be payable in lieu.

4. Fees for group classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Lessons missed through pupil non-attendance will be charged.

6. Lessons cancelled by the teacher will be made up or carried forward.

7. Examinations and competition entry are by pupil/teacher consent. Final decision to be the opinion of

teacher according to standard and suitability and must be accepted by pupil.

8.  A progress report will be given from time to time if requested.
